Dahab Rent Car provides car rental services in Morocco, including airport pick-up and nationwide car delivery.

2. Eligibility to Rent

To rent a vehicle from Dahab Rent Car, the renter must:

• Be at least 21 years old (age may vary depending on vehicle type)

• Hold a valid driving license

• Present a valid passport or national ID

• Provide required documents at the time of pick-up

3. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, WhatsApp, or email

• Prices confirmed at booking are transparent and free of hidden fees

• Dahab Rent Car reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if requirements are not met

4. Vehicle Pickup & Delivery

• Vehicles are available for pickup at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport

• We also offer car delivery to all major airports and cities in Morocco

• The renter must inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any existing damage before departure

5. Rental Period & Usage

• The rental period starts and ends as stated in the rental agreement

• Late returns may result in additional charges

• Vehicles must be used responsibly and only within Morocco

• Off-road driving is prohibited unless a 4×4 vehicle is rented and approved

6. Insurance & Liability

• All vehicles are insured according to Moroccan law

• The renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance

• In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify Dahab Rent Car and local authorities

7. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned at the same level

• Fuel differences may result in additional charges

8. Prohibited Use

The vehicle must not be used for:

• Illegal activities

• Racing or speed testing

• Sub-renting to third parties

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Any misuse may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

9. Cancellation & Modifications

• Cancellations or changes must be communicated in advance

• Refunds, if applicable, depend on the cancellation timing and booking conditions

• Dahab Rent Car aims to remain flexible whenever possible

10. Privacy Policy

Customer information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for booking and service-related purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dahab Rent Car is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
